Mandy Alexander will continue to lead our students as the proud principal for the third consecutive year at Grapevine Middle School. Mandy has spent the last nine years in GCISD as an educator, instructional coach, learning liaison, and associate principal. She is a familiar face in this community, and we are excited to see her continue bringing her extensive experience and passion to our school.

Alexander began her career in 1998 as a classroom teacher in Atkins, Arkansas. Since then, she has served in various roles, including drill team director, elementary teacher, middle school teacher, high school teacher, humanities instructional coach, learning liaison, and associate principal at Grapevine High School. Her diverse background in education and leadership positions has equipped her with a unique perspective and a comprehensive understanding of student needs across different grade levels.

"I am excited to continue my journey with the GMS family and look forward to working with our staff and families to serve our students," said Alexander. "I have extremely high expectations for our campus and am committed to building meaningful relationships with all stakeholders and students as we work together to create meaningful learning experiences for our students."

Her commitment to building strong relationships with students, parents, and staff will continue to drive our school's success.
