The COLOR BATTLE FUNDRIASER @ GMS will be launching soon! The fundraiser runs from Feb 17th-28th and the battle is on Feb 28th!
During the Apex Color Battle fundraiser, students will be challenged to get donations from family and friends to help our school. We’ll end the two-week fundraiser with a celebratory event called Apex Color Battle for students who participate in the fundraiser (think lots of color, games, fun raffle prizes, snacks, loud music, high energy, and FUN!) And WE NEED YOUR HELP! How the Apex Fundraiser Works: The Important Details: 1) Log on to www.Anython.com - Students will receive their own unique access code on Launch Rally Day. This year, funds raised will go towards Community Service Day! (Transportation, shirts, etc.), 8th grade celebration Please make all checks payable to: Grapevine Middle School Launch Rally: Tuesday, Feb. 18th The Apex Color Battle Event: Friday, Feb. 28th Volunteer to help on event day! We need a few parents to help check in students and pass out wristbands during lunch, and to help monitor stations during the event. Contact the front office to help! 2) Help connect your students to potential donors by sharing your student’s Anython donation page through email, text, Facebook and Twitter. Through the shared link, donors can enter and pay their donations online. 3) Students must raise a minimum of $35 in total donations in order to participate in the Apex Color Battle event. 4) Students earn prizes starting at $35 in donations received. 5) All donations must be paid online, or all cash and checks must be turned into the school by 9:00 AM on event day to participate in the Apex Color Battle.
Come join the FREE GCISD Middle School Dance Clinic on Monday, February 17th from 9AM- 12PM in the GHS Dance Gym. Learn some technique, participate in dance combos and learn about the HS dance programs. Open to current 6-8th graders, no registration needed.

With the accumulation of snow today, and anticipated below-freezing temperatures overnight, Grapevine-Colleyville ISD will be closed Friday, January 10, 2025. All facilities will be closed and any scheduled practices and activities are also canceled. Any changes to weekend extracurricular activities will be communicated by the group’s sponsor or coach. GCISD’s 2024-2025 instructional calendar has a sufficient number of minutes to cover this weather-related closure and the days will not have to be made up.
